Sterling Frazer Associates has been part of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act from the beginning.
We were there to participate with representatives from the government, business community and people with disabilities
in developing the Customer Service Standard that has become law that must be met by all businesses and agencies
operating in the province of Ontario.
Years of customer service interviews, focus groups, surveys and observation in a wide range of settings has provided
the SFA team with a unique understanding of people with disabilities. It is the disability community who has spoken out
about what matters to them. Sterling Frazer Associates was there and we listened. Our training modules represent
people with all types of disabilities; focusing on people-first terminology and instilling a people-first customer service
attitude among your staff.
